Paddle processes payments on the web and in directly distributed Android APKs as Merchant of Record. We share your NearMe account reference and selected subscription plan with Paddle. Paddle collects billing and payment information at checkout. NearMe stores payment and subscription identifiers, status and validity dates to verify paid access and handle subscription changes and refunds. Paddle processes checkout information under its own Privacy Policy. Google Play processes purchases in the Google Play Android build.
Child safety: NearMe explicitly prohibits Child Sexual Abuse and Exploitation (CSAE) and Child Sexual Abuse Material (CSAM). Reports can be submitted through in-app support or by emailing support@people-near.me with the subject Child Safety. The published standards are available at /child-safety-standards/.
